The No.1 is easily our number one, literally tasting like you're biting into a ripe watermelon-- without the mess, and with some booze, of course.
(recipe after the jump.)
2 oz. watermelon puree
1 1/2 oz. Tito's Handmade Vodka
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. vanilla mint simple syrup
In a shaker combine all ingredients and strain over new ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a watermelon ball and sprig of mint. Because biting into an actual slice of watermelon to cool you down is like, so totally mainstream.
