The St. Germain at Hanny's

Since there's really no better accessory than a cocktail in your hand, each week  brings you a tasty adult beverage from one of our favorite drinking establishments, complete with recipe.

This week: The St. Germain at Hanny's

Hanny's may be known for its three-story, 1947 department-store digs in downtown Phoenix, legitimate late-night nosh, and weekly DJs, but its kickass cocktail menu is what keeps us coming back.

Hanny's breaks its inspired cocktail options down into bold printed alcohol categories, including, Absinthe, Chartreuse and, ooooh, St. Germain.

We can't help but opt for bubbles during mind-melting temperatures like these. Throw in a chilled martini glass, flavored vodka and St. Germain and consider us hooked.

(Recipe after the jump.)

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. GreyGoose Pear
1 1/2 oz. Champagne
1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

In a shaker combine ice, vodka and St. Germain. Shake with an extra cold purpose and strain result into an extra cold martini glass to match. Top off with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
