Tweet Smell of Success

Now that we’ve mastered Facebook and Twitter, we’re just waiting for the next social-media network to hit big. Once it does, we’ll start off hating it, then reluctantly log on for the sake of staying relevant. This will be followed by addiction until the next one hits and we start all over again.

Until then, we can count on Twitter to keeps things exciting with events like the Twitter Hunt. This downtown scavenger chase will send you buzzing around to local businesses following their breadcrumbs of microblogs on Twitter. From 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 12, log on and look for tweets by haus modern living, Stinkweeds, Urban Cookies, Postino Central, Gallo Blanco Cafe, Frances Vintage, Red Hot Robot, and other CenPho indies. They’ll tell you where to start and what to do to discover stellar shopping, delicious food, and the chance to win prizes.

Participation is free, and anyone is welcome to join the hunt at any time.
