Urban Restoration is open the second weekend of each month, which means its doors are open this weekend. Go ahead and mark your calendars, guys. The sale starts Friday, June 7, and runs through Sunday, June 9. Operating hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

Jackalope Ranch got a private tour of the bungalow -- and an eyeful of what shoppers can expect to see at the sale.

The shop, set inside a quaint 1920s bungalow, also doubles as a work studio for mixed media artists and owners Leslie Fisher, Becky White, Mike Hardesty, and Michael Putman. Their love for all things vintage brought this group together.

While Urban Restoration is a brand new shop (they opened just last month), this group isn't new to the game. They all met in 2012 while running adjoining booths at Zinnias At Melrose. They are no strangers to manning their own booths at flea markets, First Fridays, and even such larger events as Junk in the Trunk and The Big Heap.

With everything from vintage farmhouse and industrial to mid-century pieces and jewelry by local artists Xappaland and Vintage Bliss, Urban Restoration is well on its way to establishing itself as a mainstay in the local scene.

Our favorite find was a stylish Midcentury modern side table marked at $40. Also good to know: Random flash sales will be held, typically lasting only 6 hours.

Head over to their Facebook page to stay in the loop and get first dibs when these sales come around. UB's carefully selected inventory, reasonable prices, and quirky vignettes are a breath of fresh air that will keep treasure hunters going back for more.
