Everyones in a rush to get somewhere and we think it would behoove those movers and shakers to get lost.
Literally.
Michael P. Bermans photographs make us want to ditch our GPS-enabled phones to head outside the reach of cities. He earned an MFA in photography from ASU in 1985 and has gone on to become a Guggenheim Fellow in his chosen art. His black and white photos of the deserts and grasslands of Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas, and Mexico reflect Bermans expert eye in seeking the soul of wide-open spaces.
