Come one, come all to the newest yoga studio in town.
A concept sprouting from New York City, Yoga to the People has since opened its doors to the Seattle, Berkeley, San Francisco, and Brooklyn communities. And as of April 13, we have our own studio in Tempe.

None of the intimidating yoga-aura that some studios put off -- Yoga to the People is truly a place for people to go to learn yoga, to continue their practice, or even to become a teacher.
Based on donation (suggested $10), Yoga to the People schedules many options for yogis at any level to practice and enjoy yoga, while getting a great workout, too.
The studio, at 117 E. 5th Street, is large, welcoming, naturally lit, and pleasantly decorated with candles, plants, and a serene fountain at the head of the room to set anyone's mind at ease. The classes are generally hour long vinyasa sessions, emphasizing a 'flow' and guided breathing.
You can expect an instructor who is effective at describing the positions, pushing you further (if you wish), and making the class a fun experience. No pressure or expectations here, as this practice is for you and only you.
