Sam's Wine Dinner
Tonight, October 19th, Meritage Steakhouse at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort will be hosting a special beer dinner with Samuel Adams beer. Starting at 6 p.m., guest can enjoy a five -course dinner all paired with different beers from the varied Sam Adams collection. Dinner will start off with a sherry walnut vinaigrette salad followed by pan-seared scallops, beer-braised pork belly, Brandt Beef rib eye with fingerling potatoes, and will be finished off with marscarpone and honey gelato. $45+ per person. Tea and Chocolate
Wednesday evening from 6:30 till 7:30, Tea Time will welcome chocolatiers the Wei of Chocolate to their Scottsdale store. Guests will be able to sample a variety of tea and homemade confections and of course, chocolate. After you get a lesson in tea and chocolate pairings, take advantage of the after-event 10% discount.
