Want one of the best views in town for Fourth of July fireworks along with some tasty eats?

J&G, the chic eatery located atop The Phoenician is celebrating Independence Day from 5 to 10 p.m., Monday, July 4, by offering guests hungry for food with a view an air-conditioned observation deck, open seating, and the freedom of choice with a full a la carte menu, a Fourth of July-themed prix fixe menu, and red, white, and blue specialty cocktails.

Plus -- popcorn! J&G chef Jacques Qualin will be serving up three types of house made, gourmet popcorn: rosemary, smoked chipotle, and lime and ancho chili.

Prix Fixe Menu Available from 5 to 10 p.m., Friday, July 1, through Monday, July 4. Cost: $38

1st Course Chilled local watermelon gazpacho, or endive and sugar snap pea salad with Parmesan dressing, or jumbo shrimp cocktail

2nd Course Grilled lobster rolls, scallion mayonnaise, and spicy Thai slaw, or barbecue baby back ribs and creamed corn with jalapeño, or J&G burger, black truffle dressing and brie with French fries.

3rd Course Popping cherry pie, or trio of ice cream sandwiches, or strawberry Charlotte sundae.

Red, White, and Blue Cocktails Available from 5 to 10 p.m., Friday, July 1, through Monday, July 4.

Red: sour cherry Caipirinha - (Cachaca) White: J&G cream soda - (Svedka Vanilia) Blue: blueberry lemonade (Ketel One Citroen)
