Adrian, a tennis pro and, according to wife Amy, a "chicken finger freak," made chicken fingers a staple at the restaurant, using all-white pieces of meat, breading them by hand, and golden-frying them to order. A choice of dipping sauces were available as well, including Adrian's signature sauce made from a "closely held secret recipe."
