The dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 17.
The first course will feature Charred Dry Aged Beef Carpaccio paired with Shaggy Bock craft beer. Grand Canyon Brewing Company Shaggy Bock uses three different types of sweet German Munich malt smoked over shaggy bark juniper, giving the beer a campfire flavor. Then German Perle and Saphir hops are added to balance the campfire flavor, giving this craft beer a 6.74 percent ABV.

The second course will be Grilled Spicy Quail with Blue Cheese paired with Hop Bomber India Pale Ale. The third course is Roasted Swine with Crispy Fingerlings, Heirlooms Tomato, Roasted Corn and Salsa Verde paired with Sunset Amber Ale. The ale is a blend of German, United Kingdom, and Canadian medium-roast crystal malts along with rich Munich and pale malts. Besides the malts, the ale also has Cascade hops to help sweeten the craft beer.
The last course is a Dime Store Banana Split paired with Coffee Bean Stout. The stout is made with Munich, caramel, crystal and chocolate malts that create the sweet coffee and toffee flavors. The banana split is prepared with Coffee Bean Stout gelato, banana gelato and smoked hot fudge, candied bacon, stout whipped cream and cherries.
