If you happen to be dining at "Revenge of the Pig," the summer cocktail pairing dinner happening at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 31st, at Citizen Public House in Scottsdale, you'll have it by the plateful.

CPH chef Bernie Kantak will be pairing up for the pork-y evening with chef Kelly Fletcher of House of Tricks in Tempe. The two have created a six-course menu featuring pork products from top-notch purveyor Tender Belly with the cocktails coming courtesy of CPH mix master Richie Moe.

The cost of the "Revenge of the Pig" event is $75 per person. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 480-398-4208 to reserve your space.
