As far as we know, there's only one place on the Internet where rapping, feather boas and a bunch of F-bombs intersect with cooking and disco balls. That place is on Coolio's You Tube Channel "Cookin' with Coolio."
The rapper, who you will probably know as "that guy who sang 'Gangsta's Paradise,'" has spent several years re-branding himself as The Ghetto Gourmet, a sort of Martha Stewart of the 'hood. And if you don't believe it, just watch this video of him making the "Blackanese" -- that's black and Japanese or Chinese -- or "Blasian" -- that's black and Asian -- dish, The Soul Roll.
The Soul Roll is chef Coolio's take on the egg roll, except that instead of being filled with fresh veggies and chicken or beef, these are stuffed with ground beef, half a "dime bag" of seasoned salt, onion, garlic and what looks like shredded cheddar cheese.
Oh and a whole bunch of stuff pulled out of the fridge at random, including salsa -- because, "poor kids, they be figuring out shit."

Wise words, Coolio.
