After having been on Heidi Lee's radio show Into the Soup (2 to 3 p.m., Saturdays, on 1100 AM) a bunch of times in the last few months, I can tell you with total confidence that she knows how to have a good time.

Bruschetta and wine in the middle of the afternoon? Oh yes, please. Off-the-airwaves good times carry over to when we're in front of the mikes, wearing giant headphones.

She recently branched out into TV, too, and now she's ready to bring aspiring (and telegenic) chefs into that glamorous world with her American Culinary Federation (AZ Chapter) event, "So, You Want to Be a TV Chef?," scheduled for this coming Monday evening at the Chef's Loft in Scottsdale. Visit her Facebook event page and sign up soon -- it's only open to 30 people.

Chef Eddie Matney and Christine D'Angeli will be in on the action as well -- and there will be TV cameras.

Smile!
