Chef Michael DeMaria of North Scottsdale's Heirloom
will be kicking off a new series of exclusive and intimate dinners starting next Thursday, December 15th. Every Weekend, Chef Michael will prepare a selection of his favorite dishes and, as he puts it, "Wine and Dine you like family" during his "What's Cooking"
dinners. First up -- a Four Peaks beer paired dinner.
The four-course dinner will start with a spicy arugula & endive salad with Manchego cheese and prosciutto & pears with a mustard vinaigrette. Next, enjoy a local Schreiner's pork sausage served with a potato puree and caramelized onions topped with a stout sauce, then savor a rosemary-roasted sirloin steak in a rich porcini sauce with Gorgonzola tortellini and roasted peppers and onions. Finish the evening off with a ricotta cheesecake accompanied by balsamic strawberries and cappuccino ice cream. Each course will be paired with one of Four Peaks' awesome brews.Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.; reservations are required; $55++ per person. Click here
