Created by executive chef Beau McMillian, guests can enjoy their choice of tomato and watermelon gazpacho or local organic greens with a soy sesame vinaigrette to start, pasta, chicken or shrimp tempura for the main course and either the PB Bomb or strawberry rhubarb funnel cake for dessert.
