If you happen to stumble upon ASU's Tempe campus today sometime around, oh let's say the official stoner time of 4:20 p.m., you might be able to score yourself a free dog from Short Leash Hot Dogs. The popular food truck will be giving away three different kinds of dogs (sorry no White Castle) in honor of the new Harold & Kumar movie which will be in theaters November 4th. Choose from The Harold with blue cheese, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce; The Kumar which features mango chutney on a spicy dog; or The 420 bratwurst with sauerkraut, onions, bacon, and mustard on a pretzel bun. Vegetarian options will be available for all you non- meat eaters. Short Leash is only giving out 500 dogs, arrive early and cross your fingers that there isn't an insane line.
Add a touch of gross to your Halloween spread with a plateful of Severed Fingers
. The fried hot dogs with tortilla bandages and ketchup fingernails is by far the grossest dish we have seen thus far -- but it does look kinda cool. Serve at your own risk!
