Sweet Potato Cups
Sweet potatoes and yams are damn tasty. Why people insist on covering them with marshmallow is something we will never understand (Click here for more Thanksgiving classics we hate). Why not stray from the typical this thanksgiving and make Twice Baked Sweet Potato Cups. Chipotle, sour cream, butter, this recipe sounds like sweet and spicy orange heaven. Delicious!
