The always-entertaining Tarbell -- one of his claims to fame is beating Cat Cora on Iron Chef -- doesn't disappoint in this interview.

"If I'm ignoring you," he tells Westword's Lori Midson, "it's because I'm having a food daydream -- some taste memory is floating by."
