Jeff Zimmerman has revived the iconic Tempe Hayden Flour Mills milling process. With a 1,600-pound stone mill and sifter Zimmerman helped breath life back into a dying art. He's working with local chefs, seed savers, farmers and bread bakers to bring back ancient and heritage grains and offer a wholesome alternative to industrialized flour -- and bringing a piece of Valley history into present day.
