82: The Dragon Roll from
Stingray Sushi
We'll be the first to admit that omakase is the best way to truly experience the delicate art of sushi, but while chef's choice is well and good, it can be a bit extravagant when the run-of-the-mill craving strikes. When we get a hardcore hankerin' for unagi, we jet off to Stingray Sushi for the Dragon Roll and a cup of warm sake amid the bright, bamboo-bedecked décor.
The Dragon Roll was jam packed with fresh shrimp and cucumber sticks, and topped with colorful avocado slices and bbq'ed eel arranged to look like the scales of a dragon. This pretty, jewel-toned roll was plenty enough to satisfy our cravings.
