The quiche is a great family dish and always a hit at parties. In this class we will learn how to make full size and personal size quiche. The perfect filling for a quiche begins with making your own crème fraiche and roasted vegetables. Then, master the art of making tart dough, rolling a perfect round and par baking the shell. Once you learn the basic rules its time to play with herbs, spices, sugars and more to make your very own bottle of vinaigrette to take home. We will also prepare three amazing summer side salads in order to taste test our personal creations.

PEPPERS CLASS Monday, June 30, 6 to 8 p.m.

Its pepper season and time to start taking advantage of the one fruit Arizona has plenty to offer. In this class we will learn to identify peppers from the mild to the wild and then we cook!
