Although the phrase "all you can eat" doesn't necessarily come to mind when referring to the cuisine of (Stiffed!) James Beard Award-nominated chef Kevin Binkley, it's good to know when considering the new Pig on the Patio event going on every weekend at two of his three restaurants: Cafe Bink and Bink's Midtown.

Starting at 5 p.m. every Saturday and all day Sunday, pork fans can pick a spot on the patio of Cafe Bink in Carefree or Bink's Midtown in Phoenix and enjoy an all-you-can-eat, swine-centered meal courtesy of a whole pig roaster.

And (bonus) the flavors of the roast pig meal change every week.

Binkley's Pig on the Patio all-you-can-eat meal generally consists of a bread, a starch, and a veggie, as well as the pig (of course) and a sauce all for around $25.

And since the flavors of the porky meal change every week (think themes of Indian, Cuban, and Cajun cuisine), no two are the same. For example, if the theme is Mexico, side dishes may include pickled nopales, frijoles borracho, queso fresco, rice with epazote, and house made tortillas to go along with the seasoned swine.

Reservations for Pig on the Patio at Cafe Bink or Bink's Midtown are recommended. Make them by calling 480-488-9796 (Cafe Bink) or 602-388-4874 (Bink's Midtown) or by visiting the Bink's Midtown or Cafe Bink websites.
