OMG, OMG, OMG -- is it here already?! I still have to work on my hooves (they're SO hard to get right) and my friend, who's a furry, is totally going to ruin this, I know he is.

This Friday, July 8, is Cow Appreciation Day courtesy of Chick-fil-A, the fast food chain specializing in chicken entrées and whose advertising slogan, "Eat Mor Chikin" is demanded of us by its spokes-cows.

The deal? Dress like a cow (swallow pride first) and get free food from Chick-fil-A.

If you wear a partial costume, you get a free entree. Dressing "head-to-hoof" gets you a free meal. Question: What about two-person cow costumes?

There's also a photo contest for best cow costume (so our idiocy can live forever) and if you're really in a pinch, you can download a cow costume kit here.

Kinda dumb, but kinda fun, too.
