If you're searching for an answer to your health problems that doesn't involve popping pills or a total lifestyle change, then nutrition coach Nicole Caldwell may have some answers. This Friday, Caldwell will be at The Cutting Board Bakery & Cafe in Mesa talking about how food has the power to change your life. The talk will include: 5 Foods You Never Thought Could Boost Your Moods, 5 Foods for Great Moods, Why Being Alkaline Should Matter to You, and Simple Tips for Energizing Your Life. The class starts at 6:30 p.m. and is free to attend, but reservations are required and include a $5 deposit that will count as a $7 credit toward any dine-in dinner entrée the night of the event. AJ's Summer Wine Spectacular Tasting Event Saturday, May 31

This Saturday, wine and art lovers will converge at the AJ's Summer Wine Spectacular Tasting Event at the Dayton Fowler Grafman Atrium at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. The event will feature more than 40 wines, each of which will have been rated and selected by AJ's cellar masters. Experts will be on hand to provide recommendations for wine and food pairings and wines will be paired with specialties from AJ's, including artisan breads and cheeses, shrimp cocktail, sushi, sweets, and more. Hot N' Juicy Crawfish Grand Opening Saturday, May 31

If you're a seafood lover and haven't yet gone to experience the new Hot N' Juicy Crawfish in Tempe, then there's really no better reason to finally do so than free crawfish. This Saturday, the restaurant will host a grand opening event during which diners will get a free pound of crawfish when they buy one pound. Limit one per customer and only while supplies last. "I've Got an A" Program Now through Monday, June 30

Lola Coffee, Tapas and Wine Bar at The Yard in Central Phoenix wants to show some love to local students for earning good grades during the school year. Anytime between now and June 30, students can bring in their spring 2014 report cards and get a free coffee, muffin, doughnut, or pastry as long as each card shows at least one A . Summer Green Chile Roasting Party

Last week, Pro's Ranch Market in Phoenix kicked off its Summer Green Chile Roasting Party, which means you can get freshly roasted peppers in stores now and throughout the summer. Pro's Ranch Market is roasting poblano, Anaheim, and jalapeño peppers fresh on the roaster every day. Chile rostisados, or roasted chiles, are fresh peppers roasted over a hot flame that chars the peppers' skins to perfection.
