Sure, it's November. But that's no reason poolside shenanigans should stop.

Between the Halloween sugar rush and pre-Thanksgiving bingeing, Lululemon Athletica and the Hotel Valley Ho are teaming up to give locals a chance to drop their holiday season weight and worries with a new free poolside yoga series.

Happening every Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m., this weekly flow class will help Valley residents and hotel guests bend, stretch, and shed their winter woes near the Valley Ho's OH pool.

These all-level classes will be taught by a rotation of local instructors, and while they don't require a reservation they do recommend you bring your own mat.

As an added bonus, the hotel will extend happy hour at ZuZu Lounge until 8p.m., so midweek yogis can breathe in, breathe out, and drink up.
