Since there's really no better accessory than a cocktail in your hand, each week brings you a tasty adult beverage from one of our favorite drinking establishments, complete with recipe.

This week: The Chocolate Covered Raspberry-Tini at Sandbar.

Sandbar is kicking the holiday season off right with your favorite kid classic all grown up: Adult Chocolate Milk. Sandbar's mixing this dangerously sweet liqueur into a number of its holiday cocktails, and we ordered up the Chocolate Covered Raspberry-Tini to try it out.

Adult Chocolate Milk is far better executed than its alcoholic whipped cream cousin. Creamy and sweet, it's pretty much Bailey's in a cooler package: An old school rubber-stop bottle.

(Recipe after the jump.)

Chocolate Covered Raspberry-Tini
2 oz. Adult Chocolate Milk Liqueur
2 oz. Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur

Combine equal parts adult chocolate milk and raspberry liqueurs in a martini shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and serve in a chilled martini glass drizzled with chocolate syrup. Float an extra ounce of Chambord in the martini, but realize it will rest on the bottom, as it's heavier than the cocktail.

If chocolate milk and raspberry cordial had a baby, it would be the Chocolate Covered Raspberry-Tini. This is so tasty we enjoyed one in the middle of the day (and would totally do it again). Drinker beware, the raspberry that's settled in the bottom gives you one swift raspberry surge toward the bottom of the glass.

While we didn't make it out for last weekend's Sweater & Snuggies Party, we will be back to try the Hottie Tottie: A spin on the butterscotch and brandy coffee classic made with Adult Chocolate Milk. One-cent hot drinks was still too high a price to pay for public humiliation in the ubiquitously awful wearable blanket... plus we wanted to save our eyes from other bad Phoenix winter fashion.

While you're out making a fool of yourself, make sure to milk it: Try the Pumpkin Pie Martini, the Ho Ho (cup of) Joe, and the Adult Chocolate Candy Cane Martini.
