Since there's really no better accessory than a cocktail in your hand, each week brings you a tasty adult beverage from one of our favorite drinking establishments, complete with recipe.

This week: The Del Mar-tini at St. Francis

There's really nothing better to wash brunch down with than a fruity martini. Correction: there's really nothing better to wash St. Francis' Sunday Brunch down with than bartender Bryan Renzy's Del Mar-tini.

This tropical concoction isn't some girlie gag worthy headache in a martini glass, it contains the perfect ratio of high note and low note flavors that result in a smooth and sassy drink, ideal for your Sunday Funday.

(Recipe after the jump.)

The drink is named after the street Renzy grew up on, Del Mar Avenue. The smell of pineapple and mango and the foamy look on top of the Martini glass is reminiscent of being near the ocean. Renzy says he infuses the Tuacca rum with grilled pineapples, giving it an authentic pineapple flavor to swoon over.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. Pineapple infused Tuacca
1 oz. Mango infused simple syrup
1 oz. Pineapple juice

Combine ingredients in shaker over ice and shake until your arm cramps. Pour result in chilled martini glass. For best results, sip this bad boy in between bites of their Biscuits and Gravy.
Now clean the drool off of your keyboard and get your fanny to Francis.
