If you've looked at a calendar lately, you know that Phoenix's small window of good weather is about to close. Time to break out the yoga mat and get your "om" on at these (almost) free outdoor yoga and pilates classes.

Poolside Yoga at the Montelucia Get resort-style relaxation without resort-style prices at this complimentary community series. Flow classes are BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and will be lead by different instructors collecting donations for a charity of their choice. Free Flow at the W Hotel Scottsdale

Every Thursday starting April 18th and running through May 30, the W Resort in Scottsdale will be offering its Free Flow series. BYOM flow goes from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by extended yogi happy hour from 7:30 to 9 p.m. For more information, contact the W in Scottsdale at 480-970-2100. Move Your Body Rock Your Soul at McDowell Mountain Music Festival

This Saturday and Sunday SuTRA Midtown instructors Angie Hall and Danielle Campagna will get things moving with complimentary yoga at the McDowell Mountain Music Festival. Classes will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Margaret T. Hance Park and afterward yogis will receive a $10 discount on festival tickets by showing their SuTRA wristband. Rooftop Yoga at the Clarendon Hotel

If you can't make it out to the festival, SuTRA Midtown also offers weekly spring yoga at the Clarendon Hotel. Happening Sundays at 10 a.m. on the Calrendon Skydeck, these BYOM classes cost $10 (free for SuTRA members and hotel guests). Free Sunday Yoga at Lululemon Athletica

This high-end workout boutique offers free Sunday yoga at its Scottsdale Quarter , Biltmore Fashion Park, and Chandler Fashion Center locations. Classes start at 10:30 a.m. (10 a.m. for Chandler) and are lead either outdoors or indoors depending on the weather. They also offer loaner mats for first-timers and the forgetful. If you're look for something a little different than your usual flow class, every Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Gold's Gym hosts Pilates in the Park at Patriots Square.
