"Today we lost a great friend, person, and musician: Matt (Fundy) Funderburk. If you'd met him before, you know that he is the definition of a bear hug. He would do just about anything for anyone, sometimes to the point of stretching himself too thin. But it was never about him always about others. His heart was huge, and the smile he wore was always bigger.

Matt played his heart out in Bears of Manitou, Lydia, The Joey Arroyo Band and many many other PHX bands.

There will be a huge hole in the heart of AZ music.

We miss and love you Fundy.

♥ Bears."
