Former Britney Spears bodyguard Fernando Flores, 28, is filing a lawsuit against the pop star, according to Billboard.

Flores claims that Spears would be nude in his presence, dressed up in provocative clothing for him, made sexual advances, and would even have sex in front of him. Have some class, Britney... Right? Never her strong suit, I know.

He's also claiming he suffered emotional distress over having fought with Spears' boyfriend in front of her kids.

It's no surprise that news is breaking out that states Britney has stooped to a new low, but this is just disappointing to her about anyone.
