And so it begins. Now that the all the decorations have been put away into the attic and holiday season is firmly in the rearview, so ends a relatively dead period in the local concert calendar. As the days grow longer and the temperatures begin to climb, big shows and even bigger acts will hit local stages in the weeks and months ahead.
That includes any of the upcoming concerts and performances that were recently announced, many of which boast blockbuster talents from the realms of rock, hip-hop, electronic dance music, and other genres. Also in the mix is Country Thunder, one of the springtime's biggest outdoor concert festivals, which takes place outside of Florence and draws thousands of cowpokes from the Valley.
