A group of Hispanic Republicans released its list of Hispanic-friendly candidates in the 2010 election, and, somewhat surprisingly, the majority of them are Democrats.

Of the 14 races the group Somos Republicans is watching, it claims only three Republican candidates are "Hispanic friendly."

The group prefaces the list by saying, "We would like to point out that even though there are Democrats in our Hispanic-friendly category, due to their opposition to SB 1070 or similar laws, that does not mean that they support all issues which we believe to be in the best interests of the Latino community, such as the Right to Life, less taxes, smaller government, and more."

That being the case, the only Democrat not deemed "Hispanic friendly" is Congressional candidate Jon Hulburd -- a rare Democrat who supports 1070.
