As you can see in the photo above, Culolias -- in the black shirt -- appears to have a Corona in one hand, and some cash in the other hand, inside Cadillac Ranch in Tempe Marketplace.
Police confirmed Culolias, a pledge with the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, had used a fake ID to get into the venue on November 30 for a fraternity event.
Culolias was kicked out of Cadillac Ranch around 11 p.m. on November 30, and no one has heard from Culolias since then.
The only sign of Culolias has been a single red shoe, which was found by Culolias' mother near the Salt River basin, north of the shopping center, a few days after that.
Investigators searched the area for him for several days, but finished their search on Friday.
Police expanded the search area on Friday, after someone called police reporting an "object, resembling a person's silhouette" being spotted in the Salt River basin, but nothing was found.
Even though the search of the basin ended, police said last week that the "search and investigation into the disappearance of Jack will continue."
Police ask anyone with information to call them at 480-350-8311, and police have provided the following link for anyone who wants to leave a tip anonymously, over the Internet: tempe.gov/index.aspx?page=2653.
