Normally we'd list the daughter of our "maverick" senator at about a seven --maybe an eight -- but in the photo she posted last night, we're confident she could get top billing at any strip club in town.

As is always the case whenever politicos or their family members do anything that could be perceived as even remotely slutty, critics are there to call them out.

If they're smart, they just brush it off. If they're Meghan McCain -- they whine.

"So I took a fun picture not thinking anything about what I was wearing but apparently anything other than a pantsuit I am a slut," she wrote in a later post as a response to some of the criticism. She later added, "I can't even tell you how hurt I am."

She then threatened to delete her account all together.

"I have been considering deleting my twitter account, what once was fun now just seems like a vessel for harassment," she wrote.

And, in yet another post, McCain upped the ante with an "F-bomb."

"Ok I am getting the f*** off twitter, promise not to delete my account until I sleep on it, thank you for the nice words supporters," McCain tweeted.

Our fondest hope is that she posts only pics like this one and doesn't write anything else.

Unfortunately, this chick will never shut up. Also, we know what she really looks like -- this has got to be a fluke photo.

In the morning, after "sleeping on it," McCain changed her tone.

"I have clearly made a huge mistake and am sorry 2 those that are offended," she wrote.

Here's a bit of advice for Ms. McCain: The pic wasn't the problem. Shut up!
