The restaurant is one of the first businesses to open in the shopping center located on the northeast corner of Camelback Road and Central Avenue, which is undergoing extensive renovations this year. Other restaurants planned for the center include one of Arizona's first Shake Shack restaurants and the highly anticipated Lou Malnati's pizzeria.
Flower Child, which has locations in Arcadia and Scottsdale, offers fast-casual health food, including popular build-your-own plates with seasonal vegetables, fruits, and grains. There also are sandwiches, salads, wraps, and desserts — many of which are gluten-free.

For now, the 3,800-square-foot restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, but down the line, it will become the first Flower Child restaurant to serve breakfast. Expect a menu of coffee, breakfast wraps and bowls, seasonal scrambles, and more.
Diners can enjoy food in the restaurant's sunny dining room, as well as on the 1,115-square-foot covered patio. Flower Child also offers a pickup area for takeout orders and a grab-and-go refrigerator.
