Fate Brewing Company Named Best Beer Bar in Arizona by CraftBeer.Com

We always knew we liked Fate Brewing Company, but it looks like we're not the only ones. Last week, national craft beer website CraftBeer.com dubbed the Scottsdale brewery the Best Beer Bar in Arizona. 

Fate was founded in 2012, and is known for producing innovative beers at breakneck speeds. Since opening, the brewery has churned out more than 150 different beers including IPAs, porters, Irish reds, sours, and hefeweizens. Last year, owner and founder Steve McFate expanded the brewery to include a second, even larger location, which he estimates will allow him to produce 3,500 to 4,000 barrels of craft brews annually.

The award comes after a months-long nomination process during which some 9,000 readers were asked to nominated their favorite craft beer bar in their state based on criteria including atmosphere, staff, beer selection, and special events. 

To celebrate, Fate Brewing Company is hosting a party this Saturday, March 12, from 3 to 6 p.m at the Fate South location. The event will include $3 select Fate beers, live music, food specials, giveaways, and hourly brewery tours.
