55 Chicago, New Restaurant From The Owners of The Perch, Opens in Downtown Chandler Today

Fans of the The Perch in Chandler will be happy to hear the folks behind the bird-filled restaurant and brewery are opening a new concept in downtown Chandler.

Today, Thursday, April 21, at 3 p.m., 55 Chicago opens its doors to the public at, you guessed it, 55 West Chicago Street in downtown Chandler, right next door to The Perch. 

The Chicago-themed restaurant and bar features indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a fireplace, modern decor, and a large bar. The menu will include everything from burgers and panini to salads, fajitas, and lasagna. And in keeping with the Windy City theme, 55 Chicago will also serve a deep-dish pizza, Chicago-style hot dog, and hot Italian beef. 

For the opening, 55 Chicago's tapping two beers brewed at The Perch specifically for the new restaurant. The selections include S'weet Home Chicago, an American wheat, and South Side Red, an Irish red ale. The restaurant will also be pouring four beers from The Perch's lineup — Batch 28 Blonde, Desert Blossom Saison, Rosemary IPA, and Belgium Peach — and three brews straight from Illinois. 

The restaurant will be open from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. seven days a week. For more information, check the 55 Chicago website
