As fans continue celebrating the legacy of Prince, FilmBar has announced a three-film tribute to the late pop culture icon, who died April 21.

The downtown Phoenix independent movie theater will screen Purple Rain, a popular choice among local theaters, as both Harkins Theatres and Cult Classics screened or will screen the 1984 musical that features Prince in his film debut. But FilmBar is diving deeper into Prince's big-screen career, presenting Under the Cherry Moon, the artist's 1986 directorial debut, and Graffiti Bridge, the 1990 sequel to Purple Rain that's also the Purple One's final film appearance. (He made several television appearances after that.)
