If you've always wanted to own your own piece of land — and a few furry animals to go along with it — then you may be interested to hear that one of Arizona's most unique agritourism businesses is on the market.

John and Joyce Bittner, owners of  The Ranch at Fossil Creek, have put their business up for sale. The ranch, which includes the Fossil Creek Creamery, a dairy goat farm, comprises about 15 acres in Strawberry, about two hours north of Phoenix.

"It’s about time that we moved on," John Bittner says, adding that the couple wants to spend more time with their grandchildren.

Guests at the ranch can take tours, hike with llamas, witness baby goats being born, and even bottle-feed some baby goats.

Both the business and the actual property are for sale, and can be sold separately if someone wanted to buy the business and move it.

Bittner also says the ranch has the "best view of anybody in Strawberry," and is one of the only agritourism businesses in the area.
