La Pasadita Hot Dogs has become a beloved Sonoran hot dog destination with six locations across the Valley. Founded by Rocio Rodriguez over 20 years ago, the restaurants aim to showcase the flavors and culture of Sonoran heritage. While the focus is on Sonoran hot dogs, the menu goes beyond with a variety of options like tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and soups. Indulge in baskets of fries topped with carne asada, sausage (salchipapas), or jalapeño sauce and guacamole. Alternatively, try the savory carne asada on a baked potato with sour cream, Cotija cheese, butter, and melted Monterey jack cheese. The signature hot dogs include the bacon-wrapped Sonoran with beans, grilled onion, tomato, mayo, ketchup, mustard, guacamole, and jalapeño sauce. The Sinaloa dog swaps beans for nacho cheese and crushed Ruffles, while the Chihuahua dog features toasted bread and Monterey cheese.
