Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row

Dierks Bentley’s namesake bar, restaurant, and honky-tonk in Scottsdale is as homespun as one of the country star’s slew of chart-topping hits and just as raucous. It overflows with rustic charm -- a largish American flag mural and a vintage Farmall tractor decorate the entrance while reclaimed barn wood is everywhere -- and loud weekend hootenannies that compete with neighboring Saddlebag Trail nightspots for sheer rowdiness and volume. Ten elevated booths ring the 5,200-square-foot joint, each featuring tabletop taps that dispense beers (Newcastle, Blue Moon, Coors Light) and booze (Grey Goose, Yukon Jack) and offering excellent views of country and western bands performing on the stage suspended above the bar. The vittles, crafted by executive chef Samantha Roberts, also have a down-home flair, including the mac and cheese burgers, fried pickles, and a s'mores brûlée. Be sure to hit the dance floor after grubbing, however, to keep yourself from getting too big of a badonkadonk.
