The Wild Thaiger

Not as wild as we want it to be, but then beggars can't be choosers when it comes to Thai food in this city. In the case of Wild Thaiger, the menu has been toned way down for American palates, which may be the cause of some disappointment if you're a genuine devotee of Siam. However, if Thai cuisine is new to you, this relatively tame tiger is a good place to start. Its pad Thai rings true, as does its Thai iced tea, and even diehard carnivores will dig the veggie sampler. For dessert, try the homemade coconut ice cream with crushed peanuts.
