The Vans Warped Tour offers an overwhelming selection of bands each year for its annual summer tour.
The problem with the all-day event is that you have to know going in to the event which artists to see. Because of the huge list of performances, it's impossible to watch them all. To help with that, here are five artists that will be worth getting to the show early to catch.

5. This Wild Life - Acoustic/Pop
Starting off this list is This Wild Life, an acoustic duo that has a beautiful sound. While this isn't a group that you're going to circle-pit to, their music is peaceful and catchy. It's the kind of music that, beyond Warped Tour, is the perfect kind to listen to on a relaxing car ride to your next destination. 4. Bad Rabbits - Dance-Rock
This group really is on a level of its own. Bad Rabbits blends soulful R&B with simple rock styles that make you want to dance and is the kind of music that should be playing in dance clubs. If you're used to the heat and want to dance for 30 minutes, Bad Rabbits should be on your Warped Tour radar. 3. Born of Osiris - Metal
This is probably the most technical band on the list. Born of Osiris is known for crazy time signatures, crushing breakdowns, and in-your-face metal. For a band with such an intense writing style, you might wonder if they can pull it off live. The truth is they can and it's sure to incite a lot of headbanging this summer. 2. The Story So Far - Pop/Punk
Warped Tour has become a music event that represents a diverse number of genres. The summer tour used to have so many different pop and punk style bands like The Story So Far. This group is one that would certainly have been on the first show, if they had been around back in 1995. This is a band bringing back the sound many have been wanting to see dominate Warped Tour again. 1. Every Time I Die - Hardcore/Rock
This group will probably have the most active set on the list. You're not going to be standing still when you watch them perform. Every Time I Die has so many styles in their arsenal of songs. There's a plethora of influences, like metal, rock, punk, hardcore, and more. The grunge-y guitar tones and fast paced music make them one of the most fun artists to watch on the entire summer lineup.
