Equals an excellent way to decompress after clogging your bowels with Thanksgiving dinner.
Okay, so maybe you don't need that kind of decompression, but it's a great way to take in some art and a little exercise before the "soft life" of the holidays really sets in.
Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art's Friday Night Art Lounge (this Friday, November 28th) kicks off with an invigorating yoga session followed by private gallery tours, healthy snacks and tea provided by Mandala Tea Room, Tarot card readings by Ozma and massages by Parfait Massage.
