Anytime we can kill two birds with one stone, we are all about it. Business meeting over lunch? Sure thing. Pedicure with a facial? Yes, please. Shower and a blowjob? Oh, why not?

So when we heard about Castañeda, a Club Candids-worthy event next door to Canvas on Roosevelt Row during First Friday, we were there. The Hooves and Vineland rocked out as art-walkers stopped by and vibed. The music sounded great and snagged a pretty decent crowd — especially for such a hot night. Sweaty armpits aside, Castañeda was a win-win.
