The hunt is still on for Casslyn Welch and her would-be cous-band, escaped Arizona prison inmate John McCluskey.
The first cousins are apparently engaged, despite McCluskey's lengthy prison term, and are currently on the run somewhere in the American Northwest or Canada, authorities believe.
We came across an interview a woman -- who claims to have seen Welch in a small town in Montana -- gave to a Montana TV station after reporting that she saw the fugitive to police.
The woman describes Welch, who is believed to have helped McCluskey escape and is linked to the murder of a Oklahoma couple, as a meth-head.
Lindsey Davidson works at Johnson's Cafe in the small community of St. Mary, Montana. She told the Montana news station KRTV that she was eating tacos with a friend at the Bad Frog Mexican Cantina about 4 p.m. Sunday when a woman came in and sat down next to her.
The woman, wearing a straw hat, ordered a bean-and-cheese burrito and struck up a conversation with Davidson.
The woman, who Davidson later realized looked a lot like Welch, told her she was meeting a friend in nearby Glacier National Park and that she had a cabin on Duck Lake.
Then she told the station the woman "looked crazy...like a meth addict."
That might explain the whole wanting-to-marry-her-cousin thing.
Davidson saw a photo of Welch on the news on Monday morning and recognized her as the "meth addict" from the restaurant and called police. She says another man, described by the Montana news outlet as "a man who performs karaoke at the cantina" also said the woman in the restaurant looked a lot like Welch.
The two say if the woman was actually Welch, she either died her hair lighter or was wearing a wig.
