Mug Shot of the Week: 52-Year-Old James Arthur Ray

There is nothing too extraordinary about this mug other than the fact that it has been a long time in the making.

James Arthur Ray was arrested last night on three charges of manslaughter following the deaths of three people at a self-help seminar he organized in Sedona last October.

Ray maintains the deaths were just a "tragic accident" but police believe he's to blame for the deaths of Kirby Brown, James Shore, and Liz Neuman.

Ray is reported to have just happened to be in Arizona last night when authorities served warrants for his arrest to his attorney. According to one of the arresting officers, Ray initially seemed surprised when first confronted by police but was cooperative throughout the arrest and booking process.

Ray spent the night in the Camp Verde Detention Center and will see a judge at some point today.

His bail was set at $5 million.
