All that glitters isn't gold, but its a sure sign that you've been visited by Sherry Goldberg, whose sparkly landscapes are an homage to all things girly and just a tad campy. And now, with her new, 3,000-square-foot Femmes Fatales & Fantasies art gallery, Goldbergs blinged-out glitter glamour and 3D ceramic wall art have found a home. The space also houses a mind-boggling collection of framed original movie posters and stills ranging from the 1920s to the present and featuring the likes of Errol Flynn, Jean Harlow, Marilyn Monroe, and Elizabeth Taylor. Sherrys daughter Brandy, whose Bisadora label includes bags and accessories that will be available for purchase, curates the gallery.
Femmes kicks off a 10-day celebration that will include 11,000 of Sherry's favorite songs on rotation.
Tuesdays-Saturdays, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Starts: Jan. 24. Continues through Feb. 2, 2008
