If you're in Gilbert and you have a serious sweet tooth, you're in luck because Fluff It Marshmallows recently opened on Gilbert Road between Baseline and Guadalupe roads. The customizable handmade marshmallow shop offers a range of flavors and a build-your-own s'mores bar.

Fluff It Marshmallows offers plain, flavored, and dipped marshmallows that are fully customizable, even to the shape. With such flavors as lemon bar, orange creamsicle, and strawberry banana split, almost any dessert you can think of has been transformed at Fluff It to be a puffy marshmallow. Plus, owner and 'mallow maker Tricia Medina uses all-natural sugar, rather than corn syrup, in her creations, meaning they're better than the store-bought variety.
Four packs of plain marshmallows are $5.99 and the chocolate-dipped marshmallows are $6.99 per pack. Marshmallow pops on a stick are also sold as solos for $1.99 a piece.
Though the store offers ready-to-eat s'mores marshmallows dipped in chocolate and topped with a graham cracker crumble, Fluff It also has a s'mores bar. There you can pick your 'mallow flavor and add toppings like berries, brownies, cookies, caramel sauce, and more to create your own s'mores masterpiece.
Fluff It Marshmallows is churning out sweets Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at 1034 North Gilbert Road, Suite #3.
