ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho

They'll be popping bottles of Veuve Clicqout this week at the Hotel Valley Ho's ZuZu for the annual Champagne Chef's Table event. On Monday at 6 p.m. guests will start with cocktails, courtesy of Belvedere vodka, before sitting down for a four course dinner with champagne parings. The menu includes Porcini Wild Mushroom Roulade paired with Ruinart Blanc de Blanc and Blue Crab & Kale Salad (pictured above) with Veuve Clicquot Imperial Rose.
